01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 1xbey online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the 1xbey website and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account with 1xbey, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

1xbey reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use the 1xbey Platform:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity);
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 1xbey, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the 1xbey Platform;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 1xbey or any relevant regulatory authority.

1xbey reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to meet any eligibility requirement may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any funds held therein, subject to applicable law.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of 1xbey services, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 1xbey Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If 1xbey determines that a player holds more than one account, all associated accounts may be suspended or permanently closed, and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your 1xbey account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. 1xbey may request supporting documentation to verify the information you have provided at any time.

3.3 Account Verification

1xbey may require you to complete an identity verification process ("KYC") before processing withdrawals or granting full access to Platform features. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

3.4 Registration of Minors

Registering an account on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to use your 1xbey account, is strictly prohibited. 1xbey takes the protection of minors seriously and will cooperate fully with any regulatory or law enforcement inquiry relating to underage gambling.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1xbey account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 1xbey will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to notify 1xbey immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 1xbey reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected.

• Do not use easily guessable passwords. Use a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not access your 1xbey account from shared or public devices without logging out afterward.
• Enable any additional security features offered by 1xbey, such as two-factor authentication, where available.
• Never disclose your password to 1xbey support staff — our team will never ask for your password.

All activity conducted through your 1xbey account while your credentials are in use will be deemed to have been authorized by you, unless you have previously notified 1xbey of a security breach.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

1xbey accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Deposits are credited to your 1xbey account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 1xbey does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All funds deposited into your 1xbey account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to complete identity verification as described in Section 3.3. 1xbey reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the 1xbey Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a game or feature displays amounts in another currency, these are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

5.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 1xbey will make reasonable efforts to contact you before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant account handling is subject to applicable Philippine regulations.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 1xbey Platform — including live casino, slots, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

1xbey uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed on screen.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, 1xbey reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance. 1xbey's decision in such matters is final.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

1xbey offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 1xbey reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited.
• 1xbey reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering process.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

Players who have opted out of receiving bonuses and promotions may do so through their account settings. Once opted out, bonus offers will not be applied to the account unless the player opts back in.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1xbey Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Creating or operating more than one account;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 1xbey staff or other players;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.

1xbey employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any suspicious activity will be investigated and reported as required by applicable law.

09 Responsible Gaming

1xbey is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the Platform. We provide the following tools directly within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 1xbey account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the 1xbey Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1xbey Platform — including but not limited to the 1xbey name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the property of 1xbey or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 1xbey;
• Use the 1xbey name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written permission;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorized use of 1xbey intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 1xbey and its licensors.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1xbey shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes;
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors on the Platform;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any reliance on information provided on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 1xbey makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content therein.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 1xbey's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Privacy

1xbey collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the 1xbey Privacy Policy.

1xbey will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law.

13 Termination

1xbey reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• 1xbey suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account;
• You fail to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Continued operation of your account would expose 1xbey to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• You request account closure.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements and applicable law. Funds derived from fraudulent activity will not be returned.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

The failure of 1xbey to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
